Shipping policy

Shipping is free both ways.
What does that mean?
We will issue a shipping label to you once you place an order online.
You will need a printer to print out the label.
In addition, we will ship your new prescription eyeglasses back to you at no charge.
The United States only
Standard shipping.

As soon as you place your order, we will send you an email with a link to download your prepaid USPS shipping label. Simply print your label and attach it to the box, preferably the one your glasses came in. 

Please remove all old shipping labels (if any) from the box. Make sure you tape the box well and the glasses are well packed. Drop it off to your nearest post office.

We are not responsible for lost, misdirected packages or empty boxes. We offer the free shipping labels as a service to our customers, but we will not take any financial responsibility for any personal frames.
